5TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING
5.1 Safety notes for transport
5.2 What to observe at transport
The device is packed at the manufacturer’s plant for the first transport. If the device is
transported onwards, ensure that the following conditions are met throughout the com-
plete procedure of the transport:
m Temperature range - 25 °C to + 85 °C
NOTICE!
Damage due to unauthorized transport!
Transport handled by untrained personnel can lead to a substantial amount of mate-
rial damage.
Therefore:
m The unloading of the packages upon delivery as well as the in-house transport
should only be done by trained personnel.
m Contact Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH sales office if necessary.
WARNING!
Danger of physical impact!
Secure devices against falling down.
Therefore:
m Take suitable measures, such as supports, hoists, straps, etc., to ensure that de-
vice cannot fall down.
m Use appropriate means of transport.
