Troubleshooting - boiler not working

Is the gas supply is turned on? Check if other gas
appliances are operating (e.g. re, cooker)
Ensure timer is set to ON for central heating
(see any instructions supplied with timer)
Is the timer set to ON and calling for heat?
Is the room thermostat (if tted) set high enough? Turn the room thermostat to maximum setting
Is the central heating system pressure
between 1and 2.5 bar?
If the reading falls below 1
bar repressurise the system
Error code 118 showing
low pressure
Is there electricity
to the boiler? Is
the display lit?
Check electrical supply to boiler is switched on
If it does not reset
Is the burner ame showing?
If no gas, consult your supplier
Boiler should be operating normally. If
problems persist, contact your gas installer
