If the Bayne Industrial Equipment cart lifter isn't picking up carts, it might be due to several reasons. First, the cart may be overweight, in which case you should reduce the load. Second, the lifter system hydraulic pressure could be too low; check and adjust the pressure relief on the hand valve and lifter circuit relief in the diverter valve. Third, the truck system hydraulic pressure might be insufficient; check and adjust the pressure on the truck system relief and full system relief in the diverter valve. Lastly, a faulty hand valve could be the culprit, requiring replacement.
