Using the backplane bus connector TB2:
The backplane bus connector TB2 is used for combining several base modules with expansion
modules. A detailed description can be found under point 5.3.1.
5.3.1 Arrangement examples
5.3.1.1 SMX11 + SMX11 + SMX11 + SMX5x
There is no TB2 between the last SMX11 module and the communication module SMX5x
because the power supply for the SMX5x is fed in through the backplane bus system.
5.3.1.2 SMX12 + SMX11 + SMX5x
There is no TB2 between the last SMX121-2 module and the communication module SMX5x
because the power supply for the SMX5x is fed in through the backplane bus system.
