Using the Vacuum Pump to remove air to ensure a tight fit:
Place food items into the 1.2L and 0.65L Stainless Streel Containers.
Place the Container Lid over the Stainless Streel Container and ensure it fits
tightly.
Align the open end of the Vacuum Pump over the Air Valve in the center of the
Container Lid and lift the pump upwards to remove the air inside.
DO NOT cover the Stainless Steel Containers with the Container Lid during
heating.
