• Check whether the maintenance area or oor area requirements are
met.
- Units can only operate in rooms that meet these requirements.
• Check whether the maintenance area is well-ventilated.
- Continuous ventilation is required during operation.
• Check whether there is re source or potential re source in the
maintenance area.
- There cannot be any exposed ames in the maintenance area;
and a “no smoking” warning must be put up.
• Check whether the appliance’s markings are in good condition.
- Replace worn-out or damaged warning markings.
Welding
If pipes in the refrigerant system must be cut or welded during
maintenance, please follow the steps below:
a. Shut down the unit and cut the power
b. Remove the refrigerant
c. Vacuum
d. Clean with N2 gas
e. Cut or weld
f. Carry back to the service spot for welding
• The refrigerant should be recycled and disposed of in a specialized
storage tank.
• Make sure that there aren’t any exposed ames near the outlet of
the vacuum pump, and the area is well-ventilated.
Filling the refrigerant
• Use refrigerant lling appliances specialized for R32. Make sure that
dierent kinds of refrigerant aren’t mixed together.
• The refrigerant tank should be kept upright when lling refrigerant.
