Exception Clauses
The manufacturer will bear no responsibility when personal injury or
property loss results from the following:
1. Damage to the product as a result of improper use or misuse;
2. If the product is altered, modied, maintained or used with other
equipment without following the instructions provided by the
manufacturer;
3. If it is found that the product has been aected by corrosive gas;
4. If it is found that the defects are due to improper handling during
transportation;
5. If the product is operated, repaired, or maintained without following
the instructions provided by the manufacturer or related regulations;
6. If it is found that the problem or dispute is caused by the quality
or performance of parts and components produced by other
manufacturers;
7. The damage is caused by natural calamities, poor operating
conditions or force majeure.
NOTE Indicates important but non-hazard-related information, used to
indicate risk of property damage.
DANGER Indicates a hazardous situation that may result in
death or serious injury if not addressed.
WARNING Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided,
could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided,
could result in death or serious injury.
Indicates either a WARNING or CAUTION.
