Grinding
Coffee loses its aroma quickly after grinding. To get the best out
of the coffee beans, we recommend that you grind them just
before brewing. With the GRIND-2-GO the grinding fi neness
can be infi nitely set and therefore adjusted precisely. You can
also easily switch between different types of coffee because
the coffee grinder can be cleaned quickly and easily (see the
“Cleaning and Care” chapter).
The grinding fi neness is one of the crucial factors for making
any coffee – and a different grinding fi neness is required for
each type:

If you want to be on the safe side, let a barista that you trust
grind a small portion of the beans and use this as a comparison
when grinding at home.
