IMPORTANT! Save for future reference. Make sure you have all
the parts of this model BEFORE assembling the product. No
tools required.
• If any defective, damaged or missing components, do not use.
• The bed rail should not be used unless the fixings are in place
(with the safety straps tighten between mattress & bed frame
and/or screw down to bed frame) and securely attached to
both the bed and/or the mattress.
• Once fitted in bed, please check to ensure that it is properly
fitted between the mattress and the bed board and secure
supporting feet is located under the mattress.
• Do not put something hard or ropes, curtains etc in bed or
hanging on the bed rail which may cause suffocation..
• The folding function can only be used when bed board is higher
than 17cm from the floor.
• This bed rail is suitable for baby from 18 months to 5 years old;
it is used only when the child is able to climb in and out of bed
unaided.
• The bed rail should not be used as a substitute for a cot, as it
can’t provide the same level of safety sa a cot.
• Not siutable for mattress height below 10cm. Suitable for
mattress height from 10-35cm.
• Fit the bed rail so that it’s side, when in the locked position or
when placed in the fitted position, touches the side of the
mattress.
• Once fitted in place, the bed rail should be checked to ensure
that it is properly fitted andsecure.
• The additional and replacement parts should be obtained only
from the manufacturer.
• The bed rail should not be used on a sleeping surface that is
more than 600mm from the floor.
• This bed rail is not suitable for bunk bed, water bed, air cushion
beds and baby cots. For slate bed frame, check if the width of
bed rail can be fixed on the slates before purchase.
• Regularly check and adjust to prevent any gap between
mattress and bed rail.
• This bed rail is for protection only, can’t replace adult’s monitor.
To prevent the risk of strangulation, when the bed rail is
fitted into bed, there is gap of at least250mm(10 inch)
between each end of the bed and the corresponding end of
the bed rail.
