Programme Selection:

Users can select programs based on fabric type, quantity, and soiling degree. Main programs include:

  • Cottons: For heavily soiled white cottons and linens (e.g., coffee table covers, tablecloths, towels, bed sheets) at 90°C. Also for normally soiled, colored, fade-proof linens, cottons, or synthetic clothes (e.g., shirts, nightgowns, pajamas) and lightly soiled white linens (underwear) at 60°C. Blended laundry including delicate textiles, synthetics, and woollens can be washed at 40°C, 30°C, or Cold.
  • Synthetics: For synthetic clothes (shirts, blouses, synthetic/cotton blends) with a gentle action and shorter washing cycle. For curtains and tulle, the Synthetic 40°C program is recommended with a small amount of detergent.
  • Woollens: For woolen clothes, selecting the appropriate temperature according to garment tags and using suitable detergents.

Additional Programmes:

  • Cotton Economic: Washes cotton laundry for a longer time with good performance for energy saving.
  • Delicate: For delicate clothes with gentle action and no interim spin.
  • Hand wash: For woolen/delicate clothes labeled "not machine-washable," using very gentle washing action.
  • Mini 30: For quick washing of lightly soiled cotton clothes.
  • Prewash Cottons: Recommended for heavily soiled cotton clothes.
  • Rinse: For separate rinsing or starching.
  • Spin + Drain: For an additional spin cycle or draining water.

Starting and Pausing:

Pressing the Start/Pause button initiates or pauses a program. The Programme Follow-up indicator shows the program's progress. The loading door locks during operation and can only be opened when the water level is suitable and the "Door Open" light illuminates steadily. Laundry can be added or removed during a pause.

Cancelling a Programme:

Turn the Programme Selection knob to another program to cancel the current one. The "End/Cancel" light will flash to indicate cancellation.

End of Programme:

The "End/Cancel" light illuminates, and the "Door Open" symbol flashes until the door is ready to open. Turn the program selection knob to "On / Off" to switch off the machine.

Standby Mode:

The machine automatically switches to an energy-saving standby mode if no program is started or no operation is performed for approximately 2 minutes after the machine is turned on or after a program ends. Indicator lights dim, and the display (if equipped) turns off.

Maintenance Features:

Regular maintenance extends the product's service life and reduces common problems.

Cleaning the Detergent Drawer:

Clean the detergent drawer every 4-5 washing cycles to prevent powder detergent accumulation. Remove the siphon from the softener compartment and wash the drawer and siphon with lukewarm water.

Cleaning the Loading Door and Drum:

To prevent unpleasant odors and washing complaints from softener, detergent, and dirt residues, use the Drum Cleaning program or Cotton-90 program. Add max. 100g of powder anti-limescale to the main wash detergent compartment. Dry the bellow inside with a clean cloth. Check for foreign substances in the drum after each wash. If holes on the bellow are blocked, clear them with a toothpick.

Cleaning the Body and Control Panel:

Wipe the machine body with soapy water or mild gel detergents and a soft cloth. Use only a soft and damp cloth for the control panel. Avoid abrasive materials.

Cleaning the Water Intake Filters:

Filters at the end of each water intake valve and hose prevent foreign substances from entering the machine. Close the taps, remove hose nuts, and clean the filters with a brush. If very dirty, remove filters with pliers and clean under running water.

Draining Remaining Water and Cleaning the Pump Filter:

The pump filter prevents solid items from clogging the pump impeller. If the machine fails to drain, the pump filter is clogged and must be cleaned every 3 months or when clogged. Unplug the machine and allow water to cool before cleaning the filter to avoid burns. Open the filter cover, place a container to catch water, loosen the pump filter, and clean any residues.

Troubleshooting:

The manual provides solutions for common issues such as the program not starting, machine vibrations, foam overflowing, and laundry remaining wet. If problems persist, contact an authorized service agent.

Transportation:

Before transporting, unplug the machine, remove water drain and supply connections, drain all remaining water, and install transportation safety bolts in reverse order of removal. Never move the product without the transportation safety bolts properly fixed.

Disposal:

Packaging materials are recyclable and should be disposed of according to local waste instructions. The product itself contains recyclable materials and should be taken to a collection point for electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its life. For safety, cut the power cable and break the loading door lock before disposal.
