This document describes the Belifu FM-B2402, a 4-independent channel TENS EMS unit designed for temporary pain relief and muscle stimulation.
Function Description
The device operates by applying electrical pulse waves to the human body. This electrical energy is absorbed, leading to physical and chemical changes that produce local or systemic physiological reactions, ultimately influencing pathological processes.
In TENS mode, the device is intended for temporary relief of pain and recovery from fatigue associated with sore and aching muscles due to strain from exercise or normal household work activities.
In EMS mode, it is used to stimulate healthy muscles to improve and facilitate muscle performance.
The device is suitable for adults experiencing sore and aching muscles in the shoulder, waist, back, neck, upper extremities (arms), and lower extremities (legs) due to strain from exercise or normal household work activities. It should not be used by children, pregnant women, or individuals with implanted metallic or electronic devices. Consultation with a physician is recommended for any questions.
The device offers 24 modes, categorized into 6 main modes, each containing 4 built-in sub-modes. These modes include:
- Main Mode 1 (Kneading): Lateral palm kneading (TENS) for joint pain, sciatica, muscle spasms, back, neck, and shoulder pain; Flat palm kneading (TENS) to enhance function, aid healing, decrease muscle reflex activity, and promote relaxation; Crosscut fist kneading (EMS) as an alternative medicine technique using finger and palm pressure, stretches, and other massage techniques; Vertical fist kneading (TENS) for manipulating superficial and deeper muscle and connective tissue layers.

Maintenance Features
- Device Cleaning: The main unit should be cleaned frequently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, detergents, thinners, or volatile oils containing chemical substances.
- Electrode Pad Care:
- The gel surface should be kept clean from dust, oily substances, and sticky materials to maintain stickiness.
- After use, place pads back on pad holders or protective films.
- If stickiness weakens or a tingling sensation occurs, gently wipe the gel surface with a damp cloth (using a little water). Stickiness will recover after drying. Avoid overusing water, paper towels, nails, or brushes on the gel surface.
- Massage pads are consumables with a service life of generally 20-30 uses. Replace pads when they lose stickiness or pulse weakens.
- Storage:
- Do not place the main unit in direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity, dusty areas, near fire, or places prone to vibration or shock.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store pads on pad holders or with plastic film to keep the gel moist.
- Battery Maintenance: The product uses built-in polymer batteries. If not used for a long time, charge it every 6 months.
- Skin Care Tips:
- Wash the skin area where electrodes will be placed with mild soap and water before and after application. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
- Excess hair may be clipped; do not shave the stimulation area.
- Wipe the area with skin preparation wipes and let it dry before applying electrodes.
- Apply electrodes from the center outward to avoid "pulling stress" from excessive stretching.
- Tape extra lengths of lead wires to the skin in a loop to prevent tugging on electrodes.
- Remove electrodes by pulling in the direction of hair growth.
- Rub skin lotion on electrode placement areas when not wearing electrodes.
- Never apply electrodes over irritated or broken skin.
