Customizing TuneBase FM for your iPhone or iPod
1. Identify your iPod or iPhone.

2. Select the sleeve that is marked
on the front with the model
name of your iPhone or iPod
on the matching sticker.
5. Snap pad
into place.
1. Remove iPhone or iPod
and insert TuneBase
FM into power outlet.
2. Insert iPhone or iPod
into TuneBase FM.
3. Press the ClearScan button.
TuneBase FM displays
the best frequency.
4. Match the
frequency on
the car stereo.
5. Play music. 6. Find a frequency without a station on
it. A good frequency will be between
other stations, with a lot of static.
7. Match station
using the
(+) and (-)
buttons.
8. Play music.
4. Choose the correct rubber
pad for your iPhone or iPod.
For iPod nano, skip to step 6.
3. Slide sleeve into the
slot in the top and side
of TuneBase FM, until
it latches in place.
Manual Frequency Selection (optional)
If ClearScan cannot identify a
frequency, the FM band may
be too crowde d. In this ca se,
you may want to manually
tune to a stat ion:

iPhone or iPod
in the cradle.
