What to do if my Bella 13694 juice extractor will not turn on?

  The Juice Extractor is equipped with a safety system that prevents it from turning on unless completely and properly assembled. First, turn the HIGH/OFF/LOW dial to OFF and check that the blade basket is properly seated. Make sure the two black clamp locks are in the locking slots on the lid. The lid must be clamped securely. Also, the stainless steel basket may be clogged with pulp, so clean the blade basket.

  First, check that the blade basket is properly seated. Pulp may have built up on the blade basket, so clean it. Try alternating different types of produce while juicing. A small amount of noise and vibration is normal due to the powerful motor when the extractor is turned on and as it comes to a complete stop.
