1 box Betty Crocker

Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
(13 x 9 family size)
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 can Betty Crocker
®
Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
fresh orange and lemon zest

Combine and mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Fill each of the cupcake molds on the lower cooking plate
with 1 scant tablespoon batter.
Cook 10-15 minutes or until done.
Allow brownie mini cupcakes to cool.
Add 1 teaspoon lemon extract plus 1 teaspoon orange extract
to Betty Crocker
®
Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting.
Fill a sandwich size bag with Betty Crocker
®
Rich & Creamy
Vanilla Frosting. Force the frosting into one corner of the bag.
Snip a tiny corner from the bag to form a simple frosting bag.
Frost mini cupcakes and sprinkle tops with fresh
orange and lemon zest.
