1. Position the machine flat and align the front wheels forward.
2. Loosen the screw (Fig 28 Part 1) which secures the front casing of the engine
compartment and move this away as shown in fig 29.
3. Fit the battery (Fig 29 Part 1) in its housing.
Position the battery with the polarities and as indicated in
Fig 29.
4. Connect the battery connectors to the machine connection leads and tighten the
two screws (Fig 29 Part2)
When attaching the leads, mind the polarities and of the
batteries.
5. Secure the battery with the small rubber strap (Fig 29 Part 3).
6. Fit the casing back on with the screws (Fig 28).
THIS MACHINE USES 12V / 9Ah BATTERY.
The battery is fully charged before leaving the factory. If the battery is found to be
insufficient, please use a 12V 1A charger to charge the battery.
