7. All drivers should seek and obtain professional and practical instruction. Such
instruction should emphasize:
▪ The need for care and concentration when working with ride-on machines.
▪ You cannot use the brake to regain control of a ride-on machine sliding down a
slope. The main reasons for loss of control are.
▪ Insufficient wheel grip.
▪ Over-speeding.
▪ Inadequate braking.
▪ The type of machine is unsuitable for its task.
▪ Unawareness of the effect of ground conditions, especially slopes.
▪ Incorrect hitching and load distribution.
DESIGNATED USE
The tractor mower is intended for mowing in domestic gardens and allotments with
a max Slope of 25% (14°).Additional applications, such as for mulching, are only
permitted if the original accessories are used and in compliance with the maximum
load values. This appliance is intended solely for use in noncommercial
applications. Any other uses (as well as unauthorized conversions or add-ons) are
regarded as contrary to the intended use and will result in exclusion of the warranty
as well as loss of conformity; the manufacturer will thus decline any responsibility
for damage and/or injury suffered by the user or third parties.
POSSIBLE MISUSE
The riding mower is not designed for commercial use in public parks, sports
grounds, agriculture, or forestry.
OPERATOR SAFETY
1. Do not put hands or feet near rotating parts or under the machine. Keep clear of
the discharge opening at all times.
2. Clear the operating area of any objects which could be thrown by or interfere with
the operation of the machine.
3. Do not mow in reverse unless absolutely necessary. Always look down and behind
before and while backing.
