Anyone using the riding lawn mower should rst be
acquainted with the instructions in this manual and completely familiarize themselves
with the controls to ensure correct and safe machine use.
1. Never allow children under sixteen and people not fully acquainted with these
instructions to use the lawn mower. Specific national regulations may indicate the
minimum operator’s age.
2. Never start and use the lawn mower near other people, especially children or
pets.
3. Keep in mind that the operator or user is liable in the event of accidents or
damage occurring to other people or their property.
CHILDREN SPECIFICS
1. Tragic accidents can occur if the operator is not alert to the presence of children.
Children are often attracted to the machine and the mowing activity. Never
assume that children will remain where you last saw them.
2. Keep children out of the operating area and under the watchful care of a
responsible adult other than the operator.
3. Do not carry children, even with the blade(s) shut off. Children could fall off and
be seriously injured or interfere with safe machine operation. Children who have
been given rides in the past could suddenly appear in the mowing area for
another ride and be run over or backed over by the machine.
Do not carry passengers.
1. Such overloads could negatively affect the stability of the machine and
overstress the mechanical parts.
2. Do not make any changes to the machine.
3. Incorrect use of the machine as indicated in this paragraph will invalidate the
warranty and relieve the manufacturer of any liability in case of any ensuring
injuries or damage.
Users of the lawn mower must be in good mental and physical shape;
do not use the machine when tired feeling bad or under the inuence of drink, drugs, or
medical products that reduce promptness of reactions.
TRAINING & PREPERATION
The driver must be suitably trained and should focus on:
