Add your favourite ingredients to the
cup. Do not use ingredients that may
damage the blender.
Screw the blade cap tightly onto the
cup, then turn it upside down &
place on the motor base.
Align the three tabs on the cup with
the slots on the motor base.
Press the cup downwards for 2 - 5
seconds to “pulse” the motor. To
stop the motor, release the
downward pressure.

If the 1200W Nutrition Extractor overheats, a thermal switch will activate
and shut off the motor. To reset, unplug the appliance and let it cool down
for approximately 30 minutes before using again.
To lock the cup and blade cap in place while the motor is running, turn
them clockwise until the tabs clip into the motor base. When the desired
consistency is reached, turn the cup and blade cap anticlockwise and
release downward pressure to stop the motor. Turn the cup upright and
replace the blade cap with the Easy-sip or Fresh-seal lid.
If the blade is not running smoothly, stop the motor and add some
liquid, or reduce the ingredients in the cup.
Do not operate the motor continuously for more than 45 seconds at a
time. Allow the motor to rest for at least 3 minutes before continuing.
