order
for
the
warranty
to
apply, and
to
claim
under
the
warranty, you
must present
the
original invoice received
at
the
time
of
purchase
of
the
product in question,
to
the authorised
B&O
PLAY
retailer where you wish
to
make your
warranty
claim.
The duration
of
any and
all implied warranties
is
limited
to
24 months from
the
date
the
product
was delivered
to
the
first
end-user.
For
the
Australian
market
only:
Our
goods come
with
guarantees
that
cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law.
You
are entitled
to
a replacement
or
refund
for
a
major
failure
and
for
compensation
for
any
other
reasonably foreseeable loss
or
damage. You are also
entitled
to have the goods repaired
or
replaced
if
the goods fail to be
of
acceptable
quality
and
the failure does
not
amount
to
a
major
failure.
For
the
US
market
only:
Some states
do
not
allow
the exclusion
or
limitation
of
incidental
or
consequential damages,
so
the above limitations
or
exclusions may
not
apply to you.
This
warranty gives you specific legal
rights,
and
you
may also have
other
rights which vary from state to state.
