Instruction for use
Before rst use fully charge the product. During recharge the speed indi-
cator lights will progressively turn on. The product is fully charged when
all red lights are turned on. When the product has low charge, all lights will
ash intermittently.
Unplug the USB cable from the product, insert the selected whisk (Fig.B)
and quickly press two times the ON/OFF switch. The product automatically
turns on speed 3, press speed -/+ to regulate it. Press one time the ON/OFF
switch to turn off the product and disconnect the whisk (Fig.C).
Traditional whisk for removing lumps, whipping and emulsifying. Suitable
for making mayonnaise, mixing creams and sauces. Do not use to mix too
viscous preparations, it could be damaged.
Balloon whisk to incorporate a lot of air, to mix whipped ingredients pre-
venting them from whipping down. Suitable for whipping cream and egg
whites, for emulsifying and for mixing more consistent preparations such
as butter creams.
