Seat drop
Start with the basic bounce.
Keep your eyes focused on the jump mat.
Drop to a at sitting position.
Place your hands on the jump mat along side your hips.
Push yourself o with your hands and straighten up again to an erect position.
Front bounce
Start with the basic bounce and land on your stomach.
Keep our head erect.
Keep head up and arms extended forward on the mat.
Push with arms to return to a standing position.
Back drop
Start with the basic bounce and land on your back.
Keep chin pressed against your chest during landing.
Kick forward and up with legs when returning to a standing position.
