Specifications
Design: Cutter is designed for cutting and
mixing virtually all types of food products in one
easy operation – cut, chop, blend and mix quickly
and conveniently.
Motor: 1-speed, 1 HP, totally enclosed, permanently
lubricated ball bearings, thermally protected.
Electrical: Furnished in 115/60/1, 12.8 amp, AC.
Finish/construction: Base is a sanitary anodized
aluminum casting. Bowl cover and knife guard are
solid, one-piece anodized aluminum. Bowl cover
and knife guard interlock prevents the cutter from
running if cover is raised. Unit disassembles quickly
without tools for easy cleaning.
Bowl: The 18-1/4” (464 mm) ID bowl is stainless
steel and removes easily for cleaning. An exclusive
“free-wheeling” feature permits the bowl to be
manually turned for fast removal of cut product,
ease of ingredient blending and quick cleanup.
Knives: High-grade, stainless steel knives rotate at
1720 RPM and are easily removed for cleaning;
two-knife assembly is standard.
Switch: Highly reliable, 2-position, moisture
resistant, rotary on/off switch with power indicator
light. A safety interlock mechanism prevents the
openingof the bowl cover and knife guard during
machine operation.
Cord and Plug: Attached 6-foot, flexible, 3-wire cord
and plug for grounded receptacle.
Power Drive Hub: Includes a convenient #12 Taper
Hub for optional meat grinder and vegetable slicer/
grater attachments.
Warranty: All parts, service and travel coverage for
one year, excluding wear items.
