• Whileyouaremixingtheingredientspauseoccasionallytoscrapethesidesofthemixingbowl.Always
makesuretheapplianceisswitchedoffbeforeyoudoso!
TIPS - Mixing batter for cakes, pie crusts, and biscuits
• Coolthemixingbowlandmixingarmasmuchaspossiblebyplacingthemintherefrigeratorforaperiod
oftime.
• Beginmixingtheingredientsbysettingthedialtoposition1.Thenbeattheingredientstoalightbatter
atthehighestspeed(see‘Recommendedspeeds’).
