Assembly Instructions

Step 1-3: Attaching Side Stretchers to Posts

Connect side stretchers (D) between posts (A and B) using 5/8" bolts, ensuring not to fully tighten until later.

Step 4-5: Assembling Lower Bunk Side Panels

Attach side panels (C) to posts (A and B) using 1/2" bolts, ensuring threaded holes point in the same direction.

Step 6: Fitting Cross Assemblies

Fit headboard/footboard cross assemblies (E and F) into posts (A and B) and fasten with 5/8" bolts.

Step 7: Attaching Mattress Side Rails and Guardrails

Align and attach mattress side rails (G, H) and guardrails (I, J) between posts (A and B) using 5/8" bolts.

Step 8-9: Installing Support Legs and Mattress Slats

Attach support legs (N) to mattress support slats (M) with 1-1/4" bolts, then fasten slats (L, M) between rails/guardrails.

Step 10-11: Attaching Ladder

Attach the ladder (K) to the short guardrail (J) with 5/8" bolts and to the ladder side rail (H) with 2-1/2" bolts.

Clean with a damp cloth; avoid harsh abrasives. Protect metal finish from scratches and humidity to prevent rust.
