8. INSTALLATION AND USE BF091/BF291
8.1 INSTALLATION
ATTENTION: read and follow carefully all the safety instrucons previusly reported, pay at-
tenon to the instrucons about the electrical system to which the appliance is connected.
1. Open the ironing board and posion the adjustable leg (1) according to the required height.
Place the board on a at and stable oor.
2. Use the support (2) for a steam generator or clothes.
3. When present, install the opon sleeve board. In case of a heated sleeve board, connect the
plug to the outlet onto the ironin board.
4. Connect the power cable (3) to an outlet.
5. Acvate the main switch (4).
8.2 USE
ATTENTION: ENSURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS EQUIPPED WITH A DIFFERENTIAL SWI-
TCH (LIFE-SAVING SYSTEM) AND WITH A PROTECTIVE CONDUCTOR (GROUNDING SYSTEM).
1. Set the thermostat (5) as needed (the ideal temperature 50/70 °C).
2. Wait 10 minutes to reach the selected temperature.
3. Press the pedal (6) to vacuum.
4. To avoid condensaon inside the table, only iron when the ironing board is hot and act on
the vacuum pedal each me steam is used. THE MODEL JOLLY COD. BF291 is equipped with
a second pedal to control a blowing motor. Press on the pedal to blow. Blowing helps to bet-
ter iron velvet and parcularly wool, works as an-shininig and refresh bers. The blowing
system gives back soness and strenght to fabrics.
5. Do not leave temperature sensive objects on the board. Do not place heavy clothings on
the support (8).
At the end of the job, turn o all the switches and unplug the machine from the outlet. It is not necessary to
empty the boiler. Empty the boiler at least once a month.
