The plug point must be accessible so as to easily remove the plug in case of an
emergency.
Place the appliance far from:
- heat sources (e.g. open flames, gas stoves, etc.)
- liquids (e.g. sinks etc.) to avoid splashing water and to prevent it from falling
into them (the appliance should be kept a minimum of 2 metres away).
- fabrics (curtains, etc.) or floating materials/particles that may block the grid;
check also that the front part is free from floating particles (dust, etc.).
The surface must be stable, not sloping (as the unit may fall over) and smooth.
Assembly
Warning:
- before assembling the fan, ensure that it is not plugged into the mains. Refer to
the diagram for assembly.
- the fan can be used only if completely and correctly assembled, i.e. complete
with base with support and protective grid. If in doubt, have it checked by
professionally qualified personnel or ask them to assemble it.
