What to check
The device
is not
turning on!
·
This product has a built-in battery.
If not used for a long time, the battery
can be completely discharged.
Connect the charging cable and
charge the battery for at least 1 hour
(more than 3 hours in winter) after
connecting the charging cable.

Check whether the product is
properly connected to the recharging
cable. If you nd any product
defects, please contact the service
center.
·
Read the recharging method in page
5 and follow the instructions.
Water leaks
from the
product!
·
A small quantity of water can leak
through the oxygen outlet while
the product is running. It’s not a
malfunction. It is not malfunction.
It is a temporary condition due
to dew condensation caused by
climate or temperature changes.
Hydrogen
bubbles are
not coming up!
·
First, check the power. If the battery
is low, charge it.
Hydrogen is
not generated
smoothly as it
used to be!
·
This may happen because minerals
are deposited in the hydrogen
generation device. Clean the device
rst before using the product as
explained in page 8.
·
If the product seems to be
malfunctioning, do not attempt to
manipulate the hydrogen generation
device. Instead, contact the service
center.
The product
makes noise!
·
The hydrogen generation device of
the product can make a small noise.
It is not malfunction but a normal
condition.
·Please charge the main body,
when the battery is running low
and the beeping alariming every
second.
The main
unit is hot!
·
If the buzzer sounds every 1 second,
charge it.
