Step 1:
Loosen the provided hose clip by turning the handle counterclockwise.
Pole-mounted
Step 2:
Align the mounting bracket with the pole and wrap the hose clip around both
the bracket and the pole. Make sure the bracket is level and secure. Tighten the
hose clip by turning the handle clockwise until it is snugly in place.
