Check the lubricating oil level
Check the cooling liquid level
The same as the contents for daily maintenance
Check the air intake system
Check the air filter
Replace lubricating oil
The same as the maintenance required by that for three months
Replace the fuel filter
Check and adjust the valve clearance
Check the tension of belt
Check the bolts for exhaust manifold
The same as the maintenance required by that for six months
Replace cooling liquids
Check the tightness for joints of fuel,
water and air pipelines; troubleshoot any defect.
Replace the full-type lubricating oil filter assembly
and the bypass lubricating oil filter assembly
Attention!
Air filter, fuel filter and lubricating oil filter are essential for long service-life of engines.
Please use genuine filter elements manufactured by the original supplier to ensure good quality.
Please replace the lubricating oil when engine is still hot.
Please adjust the valve clearance after engine is cooled down.
