Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Wheels

Install fixed and swivel wheels onto the griddle body legs.

Step 2: Attach Bottom Shelf and Tank Holder

Secure bottom shelf and propane tank holder to the griddle legs.

Step 3: Install Tank Hanger and Knobs

Attach propane tank hanger and insert control knobs onto the griddle.

Step 4: Install Paper Towel Holder

Slide and secure the paper towel holder under the side shelf.

Step 5: Attach Side Shelf Brackets

Mount the side shelf brackets to the griddle unit using bolts and screws.

Step 6: Install Handle and Grease Cup

Attach the handle and place the grease cup on the griddle body.

Step 7: Attach Side Shelf Pegs

Screw side shelf pegs and washers onto the side shelves.

Step 8: Attach Hard Cover Handle and Hook

Secure the hard cover handle and hook using provided screws.

Step 9: Install Right Side Shelf

Mount the right side shelf onto the griddle body using M8 screws.

Step 10: Install Left Side Shelf

Mount the left side shelf onto the griddle body using M8 screws.

Step 11: Place Griddle Top and Cover

Position the griddle top onto the body and place the hard cover.

Step 12: Refer to Owners Manual for Seasoning
