Trouble shooting:
A. There have big background noise on FM radio mode.
a-1: Please fully extent the FM antenna, and adjust the antenna direction.
Please move the unit next to window.
a-2: Please try to tune other FM station for listening.
a-3: Please contact the service center for support if the problem still remains.
B. The sound is output intermittently in Bluetooth mode.
b-1: Please try to move your Bluetooth device more close to the unit.
b-2: Please try to stop and turn off the Bluetooth function, and re-pairing for
playing.
b-3: Please contact the service center for support if the problem still remains.
C. The display cannot light up
c-1: please check if the plug of DC adaptor was connected properly.
c-2: Please contact the service center for support if the problem still remains.
D. The alarm setting is not success.
d-1: please reference the instruction manual for the operation.
d-2: Please contact the service center for support if the problem still remains.
