Regularly use the self-cleaning function (cleaning is recommended every 2-4 months, depending on
the hardness of the water).
In order to use the self-cleaning function, fill the water tank up to the maximum level. Connect the iron
to the power supply and set the maximum temperature value. Wait until the iron reaches the set
temperature and the control light goes off. Unplug the iron from the power source. Hold the iron in a
horizontal position over the sink. Slide the steam intensity button and keep it to the left in the “self-
cleaning” position. Steam and very hot water will start to come out of the openings in the soleplate.
Keep the self-cleaning button pressed until the tank is empty and gently sway the iron back and forth.
