11.5 Oil change
Always change hydraulic oil on all lifting units.
Required oil quantity at first filling: 19 l
Required oil quantity when changing the oil: 12 l
Lower wheel fork completely and switch off lifting system.
1. Open the cover.
2. Unscrew filler plug [1].
3. Vacuum off used oil.
4. Fill new hydraulic oil to the prescribed mark.
5. Screw in the oil plug [1].
6. Vent the lift cylinder. (→ 11.4)
7. Check oil level. (→ 11.3)
8. Properly dispose of used oil.
11.6 Lubrication points on the HydroLift 8.2
Rollers chassis
The grease nipple is located on the outside of the hub.
Lubrication points on the lifting carriage
HydroLift 6.2 t / 7.5 t / 8.2 t
The axles of the rollers must
be lubricated with oil.
