Carrying children in safety
Carefully press the holders through the
parting lines in the cushions at the
marked points.

child's seat system, please
consult the separate operating and
safety instructions supplied by its
manufacturer.

To avoid damaging the cushions, BMW
Service is able to supply an insertion
aid

(funnels).
Press this insertion aid firmly into the
parting line between the base cushion
and seat back, so that the two funnels
engage on the ISOFIX brackets in the
seat.

Introduce the child seat catches into
the mounts in the rear seat (arrows) and
push the seat as far back as it will go.
The illustration shows the rear left seat
by way of an example.
