Display Meaning
AAC Compressed audio file
BAL Balance – for adjusting the distribution of volume on the left/right side
BASS Adjustment of bass

CD Compact Disc – is displayed by the CD changer with an inserted CD and

FADER Fader – for adjusting the distribution of volume between the front/rear
FM Frequency modulation – on the FM waveband

PTY Programme type (e.g. news, sports, pop etc.) on the FM waveband
