A
fter
the
loader is
on
the
transport
vehicle,
follow
this
procedure:
1.
Lower
the
bucket
or
attachment
to
the
floor
and
stop
the
engine.
2.
Engage
the
parking brake.
3.
I
nstall
chains
to
hold
the
Bobcat
loader
in
position
to
prevent
it
from
moving
during
sudden
stops
or
when
going
up and
down
slopes.
4.
Put
a chain
through
the
axle
gusset
and
fasten
to
the
Bobcat
loader
and
to
the
trailer (Fig.
32).
5.
Fasten chains,
one
in each
upright
cutout,
to
the
loader and
to
the
trailer
(Fig.
33).

NOTE:
Lift
arm
stops
are available
at
your
local
Bobcat
dealer.
1.
Two
(2)
persons
are needed
to
install
the
lift
arm
stop.
One
person
must
be in
the
operator's
seat,
with
the
seat
belt
fastened,
until
the
lift
arm
stop
is
installed.
2.
Start
the
engine and raise
the
lift
arms all
the
way
up.
3.
Have
the
second
person install
the
lift
arm
stop
over
the
rod
of
one
lift
cylinder.
NOTE:
Make
sure
the
lift
arm
stop
is
tight
against
the
cylinder
rod.
4.
Lower
the
lift
arms
until
the
stop
is held
between
the
lift
arms
and
the
lift
cylinder.
5.
Stop
the
engine.
