SERVICE SCHEDULE
Maintenance
work
must
be
done
at
regular
intervals.
Failure
to
do
so
will
result
in
damage
to
the
Bobcat
loader
or
the
engine.
The
service
schedule
is a
guide
for
correct
maintenance
of
the
Bobcat
loader. DO
NOT
change
this
service
schedule
unless
you
increase
the
frequency
of
service
when
the
Bobcat
loader
is
operated
in
very
hot,
cold,
dusty
or
corrosive
conditions.

lift
arms

a raised
position
without
support.
Use
lift
arm
stops
or
other
methods.
SERVICE SCHEDULE
SERVICE
REQUIRED
Check
the
oil level and add oil
as
needed.
Empty
the
dust
cap
and replace
the
filter
element
when
the
red ring
shows
in
the
indicator
window.
Check
coolant
level in
recovery
tank.
Check
the
air pressure and
for
any
damge
to
the
tires.
Tighten
wheel
nuts
to
115
ft.-Ibs.
(1
55
Nm)
torque.
Check
the
condition
of
the
seat
belt.
Check
the
ROPS
fastening
bolts
to
make
sure
they
are
tight.
Check
seat
bar
for
correct
operation.
Check
for
damaged
signs
(Decals). Replace
any
signs
(Decals)
that
are
not
in
the
correct
location.
Add
grease
to
the
fittings
until
extra
grease
shows.
Check
the
oil level in
the
reservoir
and add as needed.
Change
the
oil and
the
engine
oil
filter.
Check
the
water
level.
Check
battery
cables
for
corrosion.
Check
that
the
battery
cables are
tight.
Check
covers.
Check
for
damage
and
leaks and
replace
as
necessary.
Check
the
tension
and
make
the
adjustment.
Remove
water
from
filter.
The
brakes
must
hold
the
Bobcat
when
the
pedals is in
locked
position.
Adjust
as needed.
Replace
the
filter
element.
Remove
the
plug
and clean
the
spark
chamber.
Lubricate
grease
fittings
(2).
Grease 3
fittings.
Change
bronze
filter.
Replace
the
filter
element
.
Replace
the
hydraulic
oil.
Replace
the
hydraulic
oil.
