(1)、Please don’t use laptop or computers to charge
the camera, use the original USB camera and adaptor.
Or you can use the phone USB and adaptor for power too.
(2) 、Please check if the camera open the car record mode.
If yes, please turn off this mode and then charge again.

solve the problem.
