Remove washer and nut assembly from old mount and insert into new Z Frame Supports.
Mount assembly on new Z Frame, secure with zip tie and M-4 screws/nuts for supports.
Attach the Z-Spindle Bottom Mount (A) to the Z Frame using five M-16 screws and nuts.
Attach the Z-Spindle Mid Mount (B) to the Z Frame using two M-16 screws and nuts.
Attach the Z-Spindle Mid Mount (C) to the Z Frame using two M-16 screws and nuts.
Attach the Z-Spindle Mount Top (D) to the Z Frame using two M16 screws and nuts.
Secure four lower supports with M4 x 30 screws/nuts; Mid Mounts must slide freely.
Attach two Frame Mount Supports to the Spindle Top Mount (E) with M4 x 16 screws/nuts.
Attach the Z Spindle Mount Top (D) to the Z Frame using six M4 x 16 screws and nuts.
Ensure Mid Mounts are loose for router insertion, then tighten screws to secure the router.
