Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Bottom Tubes

Connect front and rear bottom tubes to the main frame using specified bolts and nuts.

Step 2: Attach Handlebar

Connect the handlebar to the main frame using bolts and washers.

Step 3: Connect Wires

Connect sensor and pulse wires to the computer unit.

Step 4: Fix Pedals

Attach pedals to cranks, noting left (counterclockwise) and right (clockwise) tightening.

Step 5: Attach Saddle

Mount the saddle to the post and then to the main frame, adjusting height.

Warm-up and Cool-Down

Warm-up

Prepare body for exercise and minimize injuries by raising heart rate.

Stretching

Stretch muscles while warm after exercise to reduce injury risk, holding stretches for 15-30 seconds.

Cool-down

Return body to resting state, slowly lowering heart rate and allowing blood to return.
