3) Place egg white into the cup,
generally, two eggs white is enough.
5) Then press and hold the low speed
button or high speed button to start
operating.
4) Lower the hand-held blender
into food.
6) To stop the hand-held blender by
releasing the low speed button or
high speed button of the motor unit.
The jar can be only used for blending food, please clean it immediately after each
use. Never use it to store food.
