Switch 5 sets line termination for control panel ZONEX terminals
Follow the rules below to set switch 5 (switch 4 on D8128C OctoPOPIT).
If a D8125 POPEX module is connected to the control panel ZONEX 1 terminals, set switch 5
of all OctoPOPITs connected to those terminals to the OFF position.
If there is no D8125 POPEX module connected to the control panel ZONEX 1 terminals, set
switch 5 of only one OctoPOPIT connected to those terminals to the ON position.
If a D8125 POPEX module is connected to the control panel's ZONEX 2 terminals, set switch 5
of all OctoPOPITs connected to those terminals to the OFF position.
If there is no D8125 POPEX module connected to the control panel's ZONEX 2 terminals, set
switch 5 of only one OctoPOPIT connected to those terminals to the ON position.
Point Switches
To enable each point (sensor loop) on an OctoPOPIT, set its point switch to the ON position.
To disable each point (sensor loop) on an OctoPOPIT, set its point switch to the OFF position.
Notice!
Point switch 8 must be OFF for a D8128D set to points 121 to 127 or 241 to 247
For D8128D OctoPOPITs set to points 121 to 127 or points 241 to 247 you must set point
switch 8 to OFF.
The D8128C OctoPOPIT does not support points 121 to 127 or points 241 to 247.
