NOTICE: Damage to the system caused by a lack of or
insufficient cleaning and servicing.
▶ Get the heating system inspected at least annually by
an authorised heating engineer
▶ Carry out a service as required. Carry out any repairs
immediately to avoid any damage to the system
NOTICE: Before installation
▶ All the following Pre-Installation sections must be
read and requirements met before starting boiler or
flue installations.

▶ ISOLATE THE MAINS SUPPLIES BEFORE STARTING
ANY WORK AND OBSERVE ALL RELEVANT SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS.
NOTICE: Protect the boiler
▶ Debris from the system can damage the boiler and
reduce efficiency.Failure to comply with guidelines
for the use of water treatment with the appliance will
invalidate the appliance warranty.
WARNING: Sealing agents
▶ The addition of sealing agents to the system water is
not permitted, this can cause problems with deposits
left in the heat exchanger.
NOTICE: Damage to property caused by leaking
connections:
▶ Ensure the pipes are installed without mechanical
strain onto the appliance connections
▶ Refurbish seals when loosening or removing
connection joints
▶ Check gaskets and connections for signs of damage
▶ We recommend the installation of a line strainer in
the system return to protect the heating system
▶ Fit isolating valves before and after the line strainer
to allow for servicing
