3Operation
These operating instructions describe the operation of the wall mounted
gas condensing boiler. Depending on the heating controller, the
operation of several functions may deviate from the description.
Observe the operating instructions for the heating controller used.
3.1 Turn unit on/off

Switching on
▶ Switch the appliance ON using the ON/OFF switch.
When and the flow temperature appear alternately on the display,
the device remains in heating mode at the lowest heat output for
15 minutes to fill the condensate trap in the device.

NOTICE
Risk of damage to the system from frost!
The heating system can freeze up after a prolonged period (e.g. during a
power failure, switching off the power supply, faulty fuel supply, boiler
fault etc.).
▶ Ensure that the heating system is in constant use (particularly when
there is a risk of frost).
The anti-seizing function is not active when the device is switched off.
The anti-seizing function prevents the heating pump and the 3-way valve
from seizing up following long periods of inactivity.
▶ Switch off the device using the On/Off switch ( Fig 1).
