Conv Bake 100-550 (38-285) Similar to bake, but air is circulated by a fan at the back of
the oven. Best for baked goods such as cakes, cornbread,
pies, quick breads, tarts, and yeast breads.

Conv Multi-Rack 100-550 (38-285) Well suited for cooking individual serving-sized foods such
as cookies and biscuits. It is also good for cooking on
multiple racks (2 or 3) at the same time.

Broil (high/low) 450-550 (230-285) Use for tender cuts of meat 1'' (2.5mm) or less thick,
poultry, browning bread and casseroles.
Conv Broil 450-550 (230-285) Combines intense heat from upper element with fan

Use for tender cuts of meat more than 1'' (2.5mm) thick,
poultry and fish. Not for browning.
