template can be used to create evacuation messages
(see section 6.5.4).
6.5 Edit messages
6.5.1 Overview
See figure 6.12 for an overview of the Edit messages
window.
Each message can have up to 8 components (1 - 8). To
each of the positions a wave file can be assigned
(orange). It is also possible to create a mergeable
message that is based on a template. When a message is
based on a template, wave files can only be assigned to
the Variant components of the template. The other
components of a mergeable message are fixed and
defined by the template in this case.
