This service returns the result of the sensor internal self test. If the result is Warning or Error, it is
possible to get more details by reading out the event memory, see chapter C.5.4.

This service returns more details to one of the stored event entries. There are 7 event memory
locations implemented. Each of this location can be read out by using a defined Starting Address.
If the 8 bit Event Id in the Response is 00h, no event was stored since last clear at this location.
