Errors Troubleshooting
No image output For CDI interfaces:
● Check that both CDI cables (XSER and XVID)
are connected
● Check that the CDI cables (XSER and XVID) are
not interchanged
For CDI+ interfaces:
● Check whether the CDI+ cable is connected
No or incorrect network data transmission if the
data transmission rate is set manually
The network card of the remote station has to be
able to process the same data transmission rate as
the control cabinet PC. If necessary, change the
data transmission rate under Control

Repairs at the device by the customer are not permitted. Exceptions

Dissolving the labeling at the device by
solvents!
NOTICE
● Do not use any solvents (e. g. diluents) for cleaning!
Destruction of screw terminals, insufficient
contact and loss of UL certification if no copper
wire is used or due to wrong tightening torque.
NOTICE
Use only copper wire for wiring the connection terminals. Tighten the screws of
the screw terminals with the following torque:
