Display Troubles
This will display a trouble message on the keypad
whenever the cellular radio is not connected to the
network for 20 minutes or longer.
Report Troubles
If the cellular radio has a trouble condition for 20
minutes, then a report will be initiated.
Delay Reporting
Setting this option extends the default 20min delay to
60min for all cellular trouble/failure conditions from
being displayed on the keypad or reported to any
destination. The main purpose of this feature is to give
the radio enough time to reattach itself to the cellular
network when you have a site that has regular dropouts
from the cellular provider.
We strongly recommend that in these situations, an
IP module (CM751B) or Wi-Fi Keypad (CP741B) also be
installed, providing a secondary path for reporting alarm
conditions to ensure that reports are delivered even
during a cellular outage.
Alarm On LAN Fail
If the control panel can’t communicate to the cellular
radio module for 20 minutes then a full alarm is initiated.
Lock GSM Band
Setting this option locks the cellular radio to Band 28.
Setting this is not normally recommended unless unless
advised by our support team. Please leave this option
disabled.
Report Device Fail
A report will be sent when the panel is unable to
communicate with the cellular radio module.
LTE Only
This sets the cellular radio to LTE (4G) only mode and,
depending on the cellular radio module in use, will
restrict the cellular module from trying NB IOT, 2G or 3G
fallback.
Reserved
Not used leave disabled.
