REPLACEMENT
OF PARTS
14. Air/gas manifold
14.1 ~ Remove cover panel (A) by removing
the
screws (B).
~ Check that the boiler is completely iso·
lated
from the
gas supply.
14.2
~ Remove the clips (C) and unscrew the
two bolts (D).
~ Unscrew and remove the two hexagon
screws (E) securing the fan.
~ Slacken fully the rear securing bolt (F).
14.3 ~ Remove air/gas manifold (I)
14.4 ~ Open air/gas manifold (1).
~ Carefully withdraw diaphragm (J) from
fan intake tube and
check for soiling and
splits.
15. Burner
~ Remove the burner (H).
~ Replace new burner in correct posi·
lion.
~ Ensure that a new seal (K) is used.
